Agency Account Manager (London, UK)
Due to expansion, Inbox Insight are looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to join the agency sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a rapidly expanding organisation and allow themselves to make their mark.
Inbox offers a wide range of B2B (Business to Business) email advertising opportunities to its client and agency partners. This role involves selling across various lead generation, content creation and display marketing campaigns in UK and Europe. Experience within programmatic marketing and/or content creation, whilst not essential, would come in handy for this role. Based in London (Aldwych), with frequent travel to client meetings and Winchester HQ will be required.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for building your own account base as well as taking on a handful of existing accounts.
- Must be able to bring on new business and possess account management skills to maintain that business.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and agencies in the B2B space.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Person / Experience
- Must have a background working within the B2B space, ideally at a publisher, media owner or marketing agency.
- A proactive and curious attitude with a strong commercial awareness, to ensure development of all available commercial opportunities.
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to plan ahead with great attention to detail, to ensure that you are able to effectively work on multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, IT literate, presenting).
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Account Manager (Winchester, UK)
Due to expansion we are looking to bring in an experienced account manager to join our highly successful target hitting sales team. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone to join an expanding and growing company and to make their mark.
We offer Business to Business, email advertising opportunities. This involves selling lead generation and other marketing campaigns that will be fulfilled through email bulletins that go out across the UK and Europe. We do this, through a large database of decision makers who have subscribed to weekly email bulletins to receive the latest guides and articles to do with their job role. We then use those email bulletins to run advertising campaigns to either generate sales leads or run click to web campaigns or even do market intelligence surveys. We have recently built in a range of new offerings which we can offer our clients, so experience at selling programmatic marketing and/or creating content, whilst not essential, it would come in handy for this role.
Job Description

Depending on the sales person, some have more meetings than others. The new starter would probably end up going to a couple of meetings in the first few months and then as they grow their account base they may end up going to more meetings.

Campaign Executive, North America (Boston, MA)
- Writing concise and eye-catching copy to be used for US and EMEA lead generation campaigns, whilst coming up with imaginative and engaging titles to drive response amongst subscribers.
- Liaising with translation companies and freelancers to ensure multi-lingual projects are completed on time and subsequently inputted into our system.
- Prioritising new campaign set up and providing clients with final creative within 48-72 hours to ensure campaigns can launch quickly and efficiently. Amending copy until final approval is granted by clients.
- Setting up both online and offline campaigns within Inbox Insight’s system with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Providing content consultancy via Content Audits and End of Campaign Reports to help our clients improve their campaign performance and marketing strategies.
- Closely monitoring the progress of campaigns from launch through to completion and working alongside other stakeholders, being responsible for hitting campaign deadlines.
- Recommending plans for upcoming weekly bulletin schedules and launching targeted and personalized sends to our audiences across EMEA and the US.
- Building, editing and sending the UK, US and EMEA weekly bulletin schedules whilst testing and quality controlling bulletins.
- Preparing and launching HTML campaigns.
