Campaign Reporting Executive (UK)

Inbox Insight are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation company, working extensively with a host of blue chip clients, media buying agencies and growing enterprises across EMEA and North America.

The Campaign Reporting Executive will be responsible for reporting, formatting and quality controlling leads that have been generated from Inbox Insight’s content syndication campaigns. They will then be required to deliver lead reports to our clients in a punctual manner and in the correct format, whilst keeping campaign statistics up-to-date and tracking how campaigns are being delivered.

We are ideally looking to recruit someone who is very competent on Microsoft Excel, whilst possessing a methodical mind and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Previous office-based experience in a statistical or Excel-driven role.
  • PC literate and quick to learn new software packages and processes.
  • Previous use of SPSS for a degree is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A perfectionist approach, whilst possessing a high level of attention to detail and a precise analytical nature.
  • A team player and be willing to go the extra mile.
  • An excellent work ethic.
  • Very good communication skills (written and verbal) and ideally have experience in a customer service based role.

We are looking for a self-motivated Social Media Specialist who will take ownership over paid LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook campaigns as well as other paid social platforms for content engagement and lead generation. You will be comfortable with all elements of tracking and segmentation for targeting technologies, to create highly qualified audiences and will buy across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to measure and interpret key metrics and make strategic data-driven decisions to improve the performance of each campaign. Key Responsibilities

  • Social media planning, buying, execution and analysis of social media campaigns for our marketing team.
  • Day to day management of paid social campaigns for our commercial business and clients lead generation programs
  • Working directly with managers and executives to leverage new technologies that can be used across paid social.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and other tech platforms to manage Audiences and grow lead generation though paid social.
  • A/B testing creative, placement and applying the optimizations across all campaigns to scale.
  • Accountable for measuring key metrics and evaluating new media opportunities and presenting them to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Min 4 years’ Experience of working in Paid Social
  • Knowledge of PPC and other biddable platforms preferred.
  • Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent or Degree level preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Technically sound at driving tagging set up and able to read and interpret data and set KPI’s.

The UK direct sales team manages UK based customers booking campaigns across Europe and the USA. Account Managers handle a portfolio of established accounts, while also targeting new customers. Inbox Insight publishes Business to Business content to a global audience of senior professionals. You will assist in tasks that help maintain, expand and engage our subscriber base. This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised individual with exceptional attention to detail.

You will be part of a growing team and will play an integral role in our continued expansion. Ideally you will have previously worked in a similar role or industry and have an ability to engage in new tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

This is a broad role with the chance to work on projects that touch every part of the business. You would ideally be happy working as part of a team, but also working independently on new tasks that arise.

Supporting Community Engagement

  • Coordinate sending and receiving materials to translation partners
  • Managing, organising and uploading written content into CMS accurately
