Campaign Executive (UK)

Inbox Insight are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation company, working extensively with a host of blue chip clients, media buying agencies and growing enterprises across EMEA and North America.

  • Writing concise and eye-catching copy to be used for lead generation campaigns, whilst coming up with imaginative and engaging titles to drive response
  • Liaising with translation companies and freelancers to ensure multi-lingual projects are completed on time and subsequently inputted into TESS
  • Setting campaigns up and providing clients with copy within 48-72 hours to ensure campaigns can launch quickly and efficiently.
  • Setting up both online and offline campaigns for reporting
  • Ensuring advertorials are set up in Inbox Insight’s system with a high level of accuracy
  • Amending copy until final approval is granted by clients
  • Providing content consultancy and campaign recommendations to the Account Managers to help improve campaign delivery
  • Closely monitoring the progress of campaigns alongside the management team, from launch through to completion
  • Recommending plans for the weekly UK, EMEA and North America bulletin schedules
  • Building, editing and sending the weekly UK, EMEA and North America bulletin schedules
  • Testing and quality controlling bulletins
  • Blogging for the company’s corporate website

Personal Traits

  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing industry would be preferential, but not essential
  • Must be very PC-literate and quick with software packages
  • Must have a perfectionist approach, keen attention to detail and very organised
  • Experience with HTML would be beneficial
  • Self-starters; quick to learn and develop a commercial understanding. Able to work off their own initiative
  • Must be a good team player, with an excellent work ethic and ability to cope with pressure
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous, not essential

Campaign Reporting Executive (UK)

Inbox Insight are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation company, working extensively with a host of blue chip clients, media buying agencies and growing enterprises across EMEA and North America.

The Campaign Reporting Executive will be responsible for reporting, formatting and quality controlling leads that have been generated from Inbox Insight’s content syndication campaigns. They will then be required to deliver lead reports to our clients in a punctual manner and in the correct format, whilst keeping campaign statistics up-to-date and tracking how campaigns are being delivered.

We are ideally looking to recruit someone who is very competent on Microsoft Excel, whilst possessing a methodical mind and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Previous office-based experience in a statistical or Excel-driven role.
  • PC literate and quick to learn new software packages and processes.
  • Previous use of SPSS for a degree is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A perfectionist approach, whilst possessing a high level of attention to detail and a precise analytical nature.
  • A team player and be willing to go the extra mile.
  • An excellent work ethic.
  • Very good communication skills (written and verbal) and ideally have experience in a customer service based role.

Community Administrator (UK)

Due to rapid growth and expansion, Inbox Insight is looking to appoint a Community Administrator to work with the Product Manager on a broad range of its digital publishing products.

This is a broad role with the chance to work on projects that touch every part of the business. You would ideally be happy working as part of a team, but also working independently on new tasks that arise.

 Supporting Community Engagement

  • Coordinate sending and receiving materials to translation partners.
  • Managing, organising and uploading written content into CMS accurately.

The role of Finance Administrator is to assist and support the Finance Controller with the majority of day to day business and finance operations.

Ideally you will have some extensive experience within credit control, expenses and purchase ledger, as these will be some of your main responsibilities.
