IT Support Engineer

Role responsibilities:

Inbox Insight is looking to appoint an IT Support Engineer to join the in-house IT team at our Winchester head office. The company is operating a Hybrid working policy and the ideal candidate would be available to attend the Winchester office once a week.

The successful applicant will be a proactive self-starter, capable of independent work, with hands on experience providing support to users with a range of technical abilities. In addition, the role will also include hardware configuration, platform administration and knowledge management.

Our modern offices are located in central Winchester, with good commuter links and a short walk from the train station. We offer a competitive remuneration package, on-going Microsoft training & certification, a friendly office environment, and regular staff events.

Key skills:

Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to lead and develop our Marketing approach. You will have 8+ minimum years commercial marketing experience preferably within B2B. You will have a good understanding of the role marketing communications needs to play within a business and be keen to demonstrate its value.

Person Specification

Requirements

  • Develop the Marketing Strategy for 2 brands Inbox Insight our customer brand and Insights for Professionals our Subscriber Brand.
  • Ownership of Marketing budget, phasing and achievement of business and Marketing objectives annually.
  • Leading a team of 3 local market (Manager + 2 execs) Marketing Team Members and 10 BDR/SDR remote with ABM Manager and Sales Operations.
  • Understand development of insight around ICP and target account tiering
  • Develop the Brand Strategy and GTM for Account Based Marketing
  • Mentor local market direct reports and instil test and learn methodology for a remote team of BDR’s
  • Driving the strategy for key marketing campaigns and themes with the Marketing, Digital and Content teams.
  • Direct the Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing strategy with in-house create resource.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales ops to track against key KPI Marketing scorecards and associated dashboards
  • Brand Management and development of the full Marketing Mix.
  • Customer and CRM development and input to support overall business objectives
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and strategy.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • 8 – 10+ years’ Marketing experience min 6 years at manager+ level
  • Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent or Degree level preferred.
  • Experience with eCRM, Paid/organic search, Social and working with a CMS.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
  • An advanced understanding of Marketing Principles and Concepts
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation and sales and Marketing Alignment

ABM Marketing Manager

  • Managing Outbound marketing for Inbox Insight and activities targeting key accounts and Demand Generation initiatives.
  • Developing the content strategy in line with Marketing objectives for outreach aligned to a 1-1, 1 – Few and 1- Many Strategies for 3 priority account tiers.
  • Highly proficient user of Marketing Automation Platforms ideally HubSpot
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with Sales, Business Development, Brand Marketing, Digital and Content teams.
  • Creation and publication of sales enablement material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Proficient use of performance tracking and measurement against KPI’s for account development.
  • Working closely with creative and developing new marketing materials for sales and commercial team
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and performance against account prioritisation and progress.
  • Develop account level insight to share with Sales and BDR teaks, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Understand a range of techniques including workflows through marketing automation, sales navigator and LinkedIn outreach, account development tracking
  • Manage a team of BDR’s based remotely.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Min 6+ years’ Experience of working in B2B Marketing with 2 years in ABM or Demand Generation Role.
