Business Development Representative (USA)
Inbox Insight are a rapidly expanding B2B marketing company, working extensively with a host of blue chip clients, media buying agencies and enterprises across EMEA and North America.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the appointment. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly quota targets
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Senior Account Manager (USA)
The company
Inbox Insight executes digital marketing campaigns on behalf of global B2B partners including Google, Salesforce, HP, HubSpot and NetApp as well as serving clients across the mid-market. Our subscriber community of 3.5 million active users engage with client content across multiple digital channels, generating millions of digital intent signals.
We are now looking to accelerate the expansion of our US sales team with a Senior Account Manager.
The role would suit someone with experience of sales in the content amplification and digital marketing space who is looking to be part of a fast-growing organization and really own their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing significant accounts across America, selling Inbox Insight’s online media products with a particular focus around online lead generation and content amplification.
The role
- Identify, develop and close sales opportunities with customer base
- Work closely with our delivery team and be responsible for full-cycle customer support and account management
- Prospect, develop, service relationships with direct clients and grow new business accounts
- Confidently present Inbox Insight’s portfolio of custom solutions
- Negotiate and be responsible for all contracts and execute creative ideas
- Drive new business revenue generation
- Managing and updating prospecting status via CRM (Salesforce.com)
Desired skills, experience, and characteristics
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and experience of Salesforce
- Specific experience selling digital content syndication to B2B clients – 3 years+
- Confident with Microsoft Office and social media vehicles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Professional, articulate, and hard-working – with excellent networking skills
- Competitive and ambitious, but also able to work effectively within a team

The successful candidate will be responsible for winning accounts across America, selling Inbox Insight’s online media products with a particular focus around online lead generation and content amplification.
