Management Accountant (UK)

 

We are looking for an experienced, organised, flexible and driven Management Accountant to join our small Finance team within a growing international business, someone capable of growing with the business. We are a dynamic company building strong financial infrastructure to underpin continued growth and development. Based in Winchester.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Reporting to the Head of Finance on a day to day basis and the Commercial Development Director overall, you will be able to:

  • Produce monthly management accounts in an accurate and timely fashion for two subsidiaries (UK & US)
  • Ensure campaign profitability and other management information reports are produced in an accurate and timely fashion and that other management information reports are developed as appropriate
  • Budget and financial forecast preparation
  • Assist with the development of accounting and management information reports and systems across the business as it continues to develop and other ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with month end processes as required in order to ensure monthly timetables are met (including Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliations) – Overseeing some.
  • Over time, taking responsibility for the accounting functions of the UK operations.
  • Assist with managing the accounting processes on a day to day basis, as appropriate aiding development and progression of other members of the accounts team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Some experience in monthly management accounts and the procedures required
  • Awareness of international operations (US) would be useful
  • Experience in Budget preparation
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills
  • Experience of Xero system is preferable
  • Good communicator and able to work effectively with senior management across the business.
  • Ability to manage own workload and priorities effectively, whilst meeting key deadlines.
  • Ability to influence decision making processes through clear presentation of financials.

Sales Account Manager (UK)

 

Inbox Insight sells digital marketing campaigns to companies targeting our subscriber community of six million IT, Marketing, and HR decision makers across EMEA and the USA. These campaign customers include many leading multi-national companies as well as major B2B media agencies.

The role

The EMEA Sales Team manages around 200 EMEA based customers booking campaigns across

Europe and the USA with direct clients and their agencies. Over the years the EMEA sales team has grown a lot, between 2019 and 2020 the team grew it’s revenue by 40% and are continuing to grow in 2021

Account Managers handle a portfolio of established accounts, while also targeting new customers.

Most business is conducted by telephone and zoom calls. The team is based full-time at our Winchester HQ.

Digital Media Manager (UK)

 

Reporting to the Head of Campaign Strategy, the Digital Media Manager will play a key part in the success of campaigns across a variety of Inbox Insight’s products.

The ideal candidate would be someone with strong experience in biddable media across paid social and paid search. We need someone to bring specialist knowledge and expertise to drive results for our clients, Inbox Insight and our publishing brand, Insights for Professionals.

The role would suit some who is experienced at managing multiple projects and media channels, whilst having a genuine love for digital marketing and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of digital campaigns for Inbox Insight’s Engage, Nexus, Integrate and Inbound products by becoming heavily integrated in various stages of the campaign proposal, briefing, set up, execution and closure processes.
  • Be technically sound at setting up, launching, monitoring and reporting on biddable media campaigns across a selection of platforms – in particular Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Support the Head of Campaign Strategy and product specialists with the strategy behind paid media campaigns for our Inbound product, to optimize budgets and performance against clear KPI’s. This will include campaign objectives, ad copy, ad optimization and audience segmentation strategy.
  • Work closely with the programmatic display team and be able to work collaboratively with broader digital channel managers to deliver a joined up approach.
  • Regularly monitor and test creative and measure and analyse audience performance.
  • Develop a deep customer understanding and become adept at identifying additional ways to improve campaign performance.
  • Drive channel development within your specialist area.
  • Manage reporting and reconciliation of invoicing across biddable channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with other campaign stakeholders across Sales, Product, Campaign Management, Campaign Reporting, Marketing and Accounting on a regular basis.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 4+ years’ previous experience working within a digital marketing position where PPC or biddable media tactics were at the forefront of your role.
  • We’re looking for a paid social or PPC specialist, with hands-on experience within Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
  • Other desirable experience would be within native advertising or display advertising
  • The ideal candidate will have worked within a B2B environment previously. Agency side, but will review relevant client side experience.
  • Must possess strong project management skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically.
  • Possess a solid knowledge of demand generation and acquisition marketing best practices.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to find meaning in statistics.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to be self-motivated and able to independently troubleshoot regularly in a previous role.
  • Must possess a meticulous attention to detail combined with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to form excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • A bachelor’s degree would be preferred but isn’t essential.

Campaign Executive, EMEA (UK)

Role responsibilities:

  • Writing concise and eye-catching copy to be used for US and EMEA lead generation campaigns, whilst coming up with imaginative and engaging titles to drive response amongst subscribers.
  • Liaising with translation companies and freelancers to ensure multi-lingual projects are completed on time and subsequently inputted into our system.
  • Prioritising new campaign set up and providing clients with final creative within 48-72 hours to ensure campaigns can launch quickly and efficiently. Amending copy until final approval is granted by clients.
  • Setting up both online and offline campaigns within Inbox Insight’s system with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Providing content consultancy via Content Audits and End of Campaign Reports to help our clients improve their campaign performance and marketing strategies.
  • Closely monitoring the progress of campaigns from launch through to completion and working alongside other stakeholders, being responsible for hitting campaign deadlines.
  • Recommending plans for upcoming weekly bulletin schedules and launching targeted and personalised sends to our audiences across EMEA and the US.
  • Building, editing and sending the UK, US and EMEA weekly bulletin schedules whilst testing and quality controlling bulletins.
  • Preparing and launching HTML campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the B2B marketing industry is preferential, but not essential.
  • Must have a perfectionist approach, keen attention to detail and be very organised to be able to cope with the pressure of a fast paced work environment.

Campaign Reporting Executive (UK)

 

Reporting into the Campaign Reporting Manager, the Campaign Reporting Executive will be responsible for reporting, formatting and quality controlling leads that have been generated from Inbox Insight’s content syndication campaigns. They will be required to deliver lead reports to our clients in a punctual manner and in the correct format, whilst keeping campaign statistics up-to-date at all times and tracking how campaigns are being delivered.

We require someone who is very competent on Microsoft Excel, whilst possessing a methodical mind and a keen eye for detail alongside good customer service skills.

The Role:

  • Responsible for quality controlling leads generated from Inbox Insight’s campaigns to then collate and format lead reports in a perfect format.
  • Delivering lead reports to clients, summarising the campaign progress to date whilst keeping internal statistics up-to-date.
  • Adhere to best practice data transfer practices, by becoming an expert on multiple lead management platforms, web uploaders and collaboration tools.
  • Working alongside Sales and Client Services, be responsible for providing regular and ongoing feedback regarding the progress of each campaign.
  • Identify and take proactive measures to address poor performing campaigns.
  • Maintain excellent external communication with Inbox Insight’s clients and partners to ensure the business delivers a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Organise and attend regular face-to-face, telephone and Skype conversations with colleagues to deliver the best results for your campaigns, including post-campaign analysis.

Campaign Data Services Administrator (UK)

 

The Campaign Data Services Administrator’s primary responsibility is to research and build data filters for each new campaign using in house software, then tracking the progress of the campaign through its life cycle and ensuring the filters remain effective.

The secondary responsibility will be to assist in day to day administration required in applying data intelligence at all levels of the campaign, with a keen focus on communication and collaboration with other key departments.
