Junior Account Executive (London)
As a Junior Account Executive you will sit on the agency sales team in a key support role. Working alongside a team of two Account Directors based in London, you will be responsible for a wide range of campaign and administration support, including:
- Sales admin: RFPs (collating deliverables, inter-departmental reporting) and Presentations (understanding client requirements and building relevant decks/materials), Managing and updating prospecting status via CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Campaign admin: Building IO’s, implementing and managing campaign delivery internally, and ensuring program requirements are met. Working closely with our delivery team and being responsible for full-cycle customer support.
- Market knowledge/identification: Identifying market trends and agency/client updates, whilst sourcing new agency contacts – via web and telephone-based research.
Highly preferred skills/experience:
- Some understanding of digital marketing and advertising, with a desire to progress in this industry.
- A proactive and curious attitude with a strong commercial awareness, to ensure development of all available commercial opportunities.
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to plan ahead with great attention to detail, to ensure that you are able to effectively work on multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, IT literate).
- Ability to work under pressure.

Inbox Insight is looking to appoint a Content Executive to work with the Product Manager on its digital publishing platform www.insightsforprofessionals.com.
The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, great attention to detail, and a hunger to develop their marketing skills in the world of digital media.
Responsibilities:
This is a broad role with the chance to work on projects that touch every part of the business. You’ll help the team create and publish business to business content that helps professionals gain useful insight, stay up to date, and be inspired by the leaders in their field.
Supporting Community Engagement:
- Administering content accuracy ready to be imported into the system
- Managing, organising and uploading written content into the CMS
- Scheduling social media marketing campaigns in automation tools
- Learn and follow processes of using our custom software to complete tasks
- Coordinate sending and receiving materials to translation partners
- Liaise closely with the wider team on projects
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for content that’s looking to learn the ropes of B2B marketing. You might be an avid blogger, a budding journalist, or a pro at writing compelling copy.
Previous experience in content/marketing roles using business software is a plus, especially in the media industry. An understanding of how website content is written, formatted, and uploaded is a big plus, as well as a foundational knowledge of SEO.
In this role you would have the chance to apply initiative to any of your responsibilities, give feedback, and suggest new ideas at every stage.

We are now looking to accelerate the expansion of our US sales team with a Senior Account Manager.
The role would suit someone with experience of sales in the content amplification and digital marketing space who is looking to be part of a fast-growing organization and really own their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing significant accounts across America, selling Inbox Insight’s online media products with a particular focus around online lead generation and content amplification.
The position will be based in our US Head Office on the outskirts of Boston, MA.
The role
