Inbox Insight are excited to announce nominations for two categories in The Drum B2B Awards:

Inbox Insight and Automation Anywhere collaborated, using personalized multi-channel tactics to drive traffic and generate high-quality, multi-touch engagements. The campaign aimed to drive cut-through of the brand, reach target personas, improve ROI, and position Automation Anywhere as the leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Utilizing featured native banners, programmatic display, paid social, email marketing and a sponsored Category Hub on Insights for Professionals (IFP), Inbox Insight created an immersive environment that focused on multi-touch engagement and nurture. The use of nurture sequences and bespoke intent data technology enabled Inbox Insight to track the behavior of each individual and remarket across multiple channels to those who were actively engaged with the content. A lead scoring model and real-time activity dashboard highlighted to Automation Anywhere which users were most engaged with their content, and therefore more likely to go on to purchase, enabling personalized follow-up. A user-engagement timeline provided to the client highlighted each content engagement with a score, which totals to a final lead score – the higher the score, the more engaged the user was with the clients content.
318 hours of content consumed, 13451 article views and 578 downloads of Automation Anywhere whitepapers, guides and reports – Inbox Insight successfully drove content cut-through and engaged Automation Anywhere’s target audience within the IFP community. The top prospect’s lead score was over 300, covering 46 separate touchpoints with the content. Further, over 30% of users engaged with 2 or more pieces of content on the IFP hub.
